The ignition key can become stuck and impossible to remove even when the car shows Park, requiring battery disconnection. Also, the engine can be turned off and key removed while still in Drive, allowing the car to roll away.
The moonroof can shatter spontaneously while driving, sounding like a gunshot, with no external cause. This creates a sudden safety hazard from falling glass.
