If you object to anything in this Privacy Policy, or otherwise do not understand or agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use VinSpectorAI's services. By using VinSpectorAI's services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Our websites are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE AND YOUR DUTY TO INFORM US OF CHANGES

If our Privacy Policy changes, we will post the changes to our site with the date of revision. Your continued use of our site will constitute your agreement with our revised Privacy Policy.

THIRD PARTY MARKETING PROVIDERS AND SYSTEMS

Additionally, we will retain personal information from closed or cancelled member accounts to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and claims, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, assist with any investigation, and enforce this Privacy Policy and the VinSpectorAI Terms of Use and take any other actions permitted by law.

We take your security seriously and take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. We use Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") encryption when transmitting certain kinds of personal information, such as financial and other sensitive information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment.
