The defect: ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, WHEN REPLACE THE FUEL FILLER CAP TO THE VEHICLE'S FUEL TANK FILLER NECK, IT IS POSSIBLE TO OVER-TIGHTEN THE CAP INDUCING A POOR SEAL. IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE ROLL-OVER, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR FUEL TO LEAK PAST THE FUEL FILLER CAP.

The risk: FUEL LEAKAGE, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE, COULD RESULT IN A FIRE.
